Carol Richardson is challenging a decision by her employer to restrict access to an NHS leadership course to BAME staff only, on the grounds that the learning space needed to be kept “safe” for BAME colleagues.
Carol is arguing that this is unlawful racial segregation under the Equality Act 2010.
