David Good luck Carol you are very brave. As an ex NHS nurse I feel the system is completely racist. Even in mental health inpatient units in my Trust where staff are 80% or more are BAME specialist courses and advantages are given to BAME staff. Most of the staff see it as racist but the middle class Trust leadership continues to discriminate against white people especially men.
